We can teach you the correct techniques of exercises, keeping it simple to begin with and making steady progression. It is important to perform exercises with the correct technique to avoid injury and maximise the benefits of your workout.

It is often difficult to get motivated for sessions on your own or to push yourself that little bit extra. We can keep your motivation levels up by varying sessions and providing you with results which show your training is effective and you are making progress.

If you are planning to take part in a challenge such as a marathon, triathlon or a charity event you must ensure you are ready to compete. We will design your personalised training programme to effectively improve your fitness during the sessions, with advise on nutritional intake for competition.


Are you struggling with the nutritional side of your training?

If you find it difficult to eat properly or not sure what are the best foods to eat and when, we can help to keep you with your dietary intake. Get rid from those FAD diets!

 

Relevant equipment will be provided during sessions so there is no requirement to own any equipment. Your training does not need to be limited to a gym to maximise your workout as there are different methods of training which will be used.

 

Also if you are feeling 'up for it' outdoor training can be incorporated with other types of training methods and portable equipment to use the surrounding environment, while still maintaining a level manageable for each individual (dependant on location).

 

Fitness testing is available during sessions to determine your levels of fitness and to monitor training progress. Some of the tests available include testing for cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and body fat percentages.

 

Testing results show the progressions you are making from the regular commitment from training sessions and give you the extra motivation to drive you to your goals.
