Online Training and Training Programme Design

 

Online personal training is a great way to get professional guidance, motivation and support on a remote basis.  This is a good option if you do not wish to have a trainer at a gym/your home for each training session.  It allows you to have a professionally designed programme constructed to be specific for your current fitness levels allowing you to reach your specific goals.

 

You will receive a FREE consultation via e-mail or over the phone. This will allow vital details to be gathered about you and your current condition, and where you want to take it to.  Click here for more information about your consultation (if it is via e-mail then anthropometric measurements will not be available).


Once your consultation is done then your initial programme will be set up for you and e-mailed/posted to you.  This will detail which exercises to do, when to do them, how many and how often.  Any equipment you have may be incorporated into sessions if required, however equipment is not vital.

 

Follow up appointments can be made after your initial setup to review your progress and to alter your programme to advance onto the next phase.  These can take place whenever you wish (ideally roughly every 4 weeks).  Changes will be made such as adjusting the length/number of sessions you do per week and adding new exercises to your routine to get you to the next stage.


You will receive a fully structured programme, using the most suitable methods of training to suit you.  All exercises on the programme will include a before and after photo and a detailed explanation of how to perform each exercise.  Support and guidance is available via e-mail (checked daily).

 

Your programme will be created and emailed or posted to you within 24 hours of your consultation. The postage option will cost an additional £1.00 for postage and packaging, and will arrive in an A4 envelope.

 

OPTION 1 - Programme Design Only - £20.00


OPTION 2 - Programme Design and 1 Follow Up - £35.00


OPTION 3 - Programme Design and 5 Follow Ups - £65.00


OPTION 4 - 1 Follow Up (current online clients only) - £15


So, for example, after having the initial design and 5 follow ups from option 3 (let’s say you choose to have roughly 1 per month), that is a 6 month programme! Over Half a year!


Also, for a limited time only, with the option 3 package you will recieve a simple guide to nutrition  and a weekly workout schedule which you use to help you motivated to keep on track with your training.
