Online Personal Training Programme Design

 

Online training is available for those who prefer to get on with training sessions in their own time by themselves. It also allows remote access training for those who do not have access to bodyfit Personal Training in Manchester.

 

The personal exercise programmes are designed by a Personal Trainer to ensure you are doing the best thing to get you to where you want to be. This is based on your goals, current fitness levels, exercise history and any injuries or weaknesses you may have etc..

 

You will have a consultation which will provide all assessment details to your trainer. Your initial programme will be set up for you to complete a number of times per week, which your trainer will specify.

 

Then you have a review, roughly every 4 weeks or whenever you require one, to take your programme to the next stage to advance your training so you do not hit a 'dead end'.
