Here is your chance to find out more and to get to know your personal trainer. The free consultation will last around 30 minutes and will start with the basics which will involve preliminary measurements.
This allows information to be collected so that bodyfit can design a personal exercise programme to be suitable for you. This provides a benchmark which you can measure your progress wit.
