Bodyfit provides quality 1-to-1 personal training services along with a range of other training services that are targeted towards helping you to achieve your specific needs, especially weight loss and toning.
We cater for all your training and nutritional needs, we can design the best programme and package for you. Whether this is with a trainer or remote support so you can complete training sessions yourself.
What to expect..
You will start with an initial consultation, during this we will discuss information such as your goals and develop them into a structured plan that takes into account your specific requirements. Throughout your training, we will regularly re-evaluate your progress because your physical condition will change as you become stronger and fitter. This will allow you to review your goals and provide feedback to alter your training programme. Weekly plans are provided to you so you know exactly what you need to do between sessions.
When can you train?
We will provide sessions at a time that is best for you wherever possible in Manchester. Your trainer will be available 6am - 10pm, 7 days a week.

1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions
Your personal trainer will be there with you for your training sessions, so you can be sure you are performing each exercise correctly and with plenty of motivation and support.
Online training will allow you to have a personalised programme designed by a personal trainer which you then carry out yourself. This would work on a remote basis so that you do not have to be local to Manchester as consultations occur via e-mail or over the phone.
